JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must maintain perfect attendance and be well groomed.
Able to perform basic and advanced vehicle diagnostics.
Repair and perform maintenance on vehicles in accordance to dealer and factory standards.
Be able to complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs.
Proficiency using Shop Equipment and Computer systems.
Must possess the ability to perform repairs and service in a timely manner as per labor guide in order to maintain productivity and shop efficiency.
Follow work place cleanliness according to Dan’s Shop, O.S.H.A., and EPA standard.
Be willing to participate in on-going company and manufacture training and educational programs, to stay current with new automotive technology.
Maintain exceptional customer service.
Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 yrs old.
No criminal background.
Valid driver license (clean driving record).
ASE or Honda or Acura factory certified.
At least 3-5 years of experience in general automotive repair, service, and diagnostic.
Must be well groomed.
Must have own tools (Snap-On, Mac, Matco).
Able to follow instruction.
Detail oriented.
Ability to perform multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
*Have strong communication skills include but not limited to ability to professionally answer phones and communicate with customers both in person and over the phone.
